The client is a prominent provider of support and care services for the elderly, including nursing homes, rehabilitation clinics, and home care services. To safeguard their organization and stakeholders, they needed to implement comprehensive email-based protection to prevent threats from entering their network, protect remote staff, and prevent domain spoofing attacks against patients, partners, and staff.
The Solution
To address these needs, we introduced a multi-faceted approach combining three interconnected solutions:

- Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to filter outgoing emails containing sensitive data
